The cleanliness.
No tea making facilities. Breakfast - when the man was on duty, excellent, constantly replenishing and clearing up, but when the dark haired younger woman was on breakfast duty, people were coming in and there was hardly anything left for them and they seemed too shy to have to ask. She wasn't bothering to replenish.

I had booked last minute and was pleasantly surprised by The Originals City. The lady at reception was welcoming and found me a clean and comfortable room. Despite being near a busy road and station, it was surprisingly quiet. I enjoyed exploring the lively area uphill and found parking easily. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at the Originals Hotel in Poitiers. the young man at reception was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He even arranged a kettle and cup and saucer so we could enjoy tea in our room. the hotel is conveniently located near the train station, and there are local buses nearby as well. the room was clean, modern, and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed a nice walk with beautiful views to the town center.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes. 😊.
